No Gym Weights? Use Bodyweight
Using just your bodyweight, you can do a large number of challenging exercise. I designed a workout that I do when can’t make it to gym. I suggest starting with bodyweight exercise, and then slowly transitioning to a combination of bodyweight and weight training to get a good balance. And even if you are doing a complete weight training program, you can always use bodyweight exercise anytime you can’t make it to the gym weights.
There are benefits from bodyweight exercises as well:
- No gym fees or need to buy expensive equipment
- You can do the workout anywhere, anytime
- Most exercise involve many muscles working in coordination, resulting in great overall fitness and strength
- Starting with strength training, bodyweight is often more than enough to begin. And gives you a good foundation of strength you can build on later.
Not only that, the benefits of gym weights training are not just bigger, harder muscle but greater bone density, and increased metabolism and improved circulation, but everybody want to spend all their time just pumping iron in a improved room, luckily you don’t have to in order achieve the desired result. Instead you can purchase your own fitness weights for use at home.
The bodyweight training for weight loss, whatever your training is goal, it is building an incredible strength to bodyweight ratio, superb fitness, hugs muscle, weight loss, improved sporting performance or simply increasing your health and vitality.
